As a Braves fan I can tell you this though, we have the most errors of any team in the NL since the All-Star brake. For the Braves to win we must play solid defense cause neither the Braves or Giants are offensive juggernauts

Since a cousin is married to one of the starting pitchers for Atlanta, I'm pulling for Atlanta. However, I'm not getting my hopes up as his run support throughout his career has been less than desirable.

Didn't catch much of the game, but the runner was out at 2nd which made all of the difference in a 1-0 game in regulation.

Not complaining about it. No better than the bats have been for Atlanta, they didn't really even deserve to make it to the playoffs because of pitching.

Flipped around and saw a 4-1 score and thought there was no way Atlanta would overcome that, so I changed the channel. This can only mean that Huddy will get no run support tomorrow, not that it will be anything new at all.

In the final moments of the most important game of the season, the contest that would most likely determine whether legendary manager Bobby Cox's career would still have a chance to extend past the first round of the playoffs, the Atlanta Braves' infield featured the third-string third baseman, the second-string second baseman and the team's seventh-best reliever.

And even if the Braves somehow managed to escape a precarious bases-loaded one-out situation against the San Francisco Giants and push the game into an 11th inning, they would only manage to send the dreaded bottom part of the lineup to bat, a unit that included a well-traveled former pitcher turned hitter [Ankiel] who only was in the starting lineup because the two guys in front of him on the depth chart had not hit a lick.

Braves hitters suck. Through 7 innings, Huddy has the only hit. No run support has been the story of his career though.
