i ordered mine as SOON as they went on sale... like within 5 minutes... along with over 200 worth of other sticks... got the phone call today "sorry theyre out of stock and we're not taking backorders, but well gladly ship the rest of your order free of charge"

I ordered mine yesterday and it hasn't been canceled yet. Should I be expecting an email or a call here pretty soon? I have noticed that it hasn't hit my credit card yet.

they didnt email me... but called me from a 215 #..... i mean hey.. i already spent the money elsewhere, so im not really disaapointed.. but just the fact of dont put these on sale if you dont have enough to cover a sale.. again i ordered them RIGHT away... Not surprised that they had NO problem sending me the $200 worth of the other stuff that i ordered that wasnt on sale..

I posted the deal seperately here at CA and others have mentioned in that thread the same thing. To be fair their sales always have a disclaimer "Offer Good While Supplies Last". But at their size not being able to have a live inventory system or simply to set a max sales number and then have the website reflect out of stock shouldn't be hard to do at all.

I spoke with my sales rep I deal with after i got my call. He was pretty heated with this sale because they only had 34 boxes total at the townsend warehouse to sell. He said they have hundreds and hundreds of calls to make with the sorry but... call

That is weird that they were out of stock I placed my order on yesterday after noon and just got shipping confirmation. After I read this post I called Holt's and they said they were in stock and shipped out today. So I am not sure if they got another shipment in or I just happened to order at the right time.

I placed my order Friday morning after Jason posted the deal and link. Got a few e-mails including one that said the order was shipped and should arrive "on time".

If you just ordered yesterday Ryan, then I think you just got lucky somehow! Looks like a whole slew of other people should have gotten the deal first.

I ordered at 145pm Friday. Mine are en route, will be here tomorrow according to the UPS tracker. Guess I got lucky on this one. Shitty they ran out so quick.

Yep, ordered mine early Friday and the shipped them same day. Bummer for those that they ran out for. I wonder why they just won't do a rain check? Hell, I'd be fine with that, just ship them out when they come back into stock.

sucks, I ordered 2 boxes, one saturday night and one sunday morning, and they cancelled both orders, said they were sold out before hand.

I did call back, they said that they were sold out and there were no rainchecks or backorders. I even talked to the lady that sent me the email and explained that 1 box was ordered earlier than the other, but no luck. If anybody wants to let go of a box I'll be happy to take them off your hands!

Just looked again and it says that I ordered them 1/11 they shipped on 1/11 and UPS tracking number has them arriving tomorrow. I will let you know if they make it
