Cigar New Year's Resolutions
 

We know we are a bunch of fat, lazy, drunken bastages who need to improve their lives...:r So I am not looking for those resolutions.

What do you want to do in 2010 as a B/SOTL and member of the Asylum.

Host a herf? Buy a box of those "I've always wanted to try" cigars. Slide down a new slope?

Post 'em up!

1) Herf with at least 20 members of the board I have not yet herfed with.
2) Make that first "dark side" purchase
3) Devote more time to smoking my pipes, as well as my cigars.

Meet as many of you that I have not yet met as possible.

Herf again with as many of you that I have herfed with before as possible.

Keep up with Klugs and Jefe as one of the only 3 to have attended every Shack Herf.

Make my second SoCal Herf.

Put smokes in the hands of as many inmates and as many soldiers as possible.

1) Attend Epic Herf III
2) Attempt to smoke what I have and purchase fewer sticks (yeah right)
3) Herf with some BOTL/SOTL that I have not herfed with before
4) Continue to PIF as many times as the wallet allows

1) Try more "old brands" not just the ones that get the most hype
2) Spend atleast and equal amount of $$ on myself as I do on Bombs/PIFs
3) Attend a MoB Herf
4) Find one other brand of cigar that I need to keep in my Humi, other than Padron.

Interesting Thread.

1. Herf with collectors in Europe & Asia
2. Buy more RE's and EL's.
3. Buy cigar scissors and torch style table lighter

This is what I'd like to happen. Hard telling if it would.

1. Attend the shack herf.
2. Attend a mob herf.
3. Make it out to as many kc herfs that I can.
4. Buy a box (or two) of habanos.
5. Participate in the forums more and not disappear for months at a time like I so often do.
6. Meet as many ca'ers as i can.
7. Smoke with Tom and Peter. Not that I wouldn't to smoke with anyone else, but I keep telling these two I'll eventually have a smoke with em. I want that to happen.

That's my list. I'd like to go to a socal herf too.
Gosh. Time to get a good job and buy some plane tickets.

I wish that I could herf with a bunch of you, (especially a bunch of you in the midwest ((Admiral Douchebag's Banter thread)), but I'll herf with whomever is available. I'd also like to get up with whomever is available in the NC/SC area and herf with them whenever possible...

well being i got in just before the new year i have a bunch.
1.) get my first humidor seasoned and ready to go
2.) join the newbie sampler trade and work my way up
3.) find my favorite cigar
4.) try as many different cigars as i can
5.) send someone a bomb(s)
6.) PIF all year long
7.) make some friends on here and stay active on the forum

id say thats a good way to start off 2010.

Looking for an old thread today and found this one from last year. Curious as to how those of you that posted them up, how many were you able to do.

I accomplished #1, thanks mainly to attending my first Shack Herf. Sadly no income meant no #2 and I did smoke my pipes, I really can;t sau that I devoted much more time than I had in years past.
