I remember watching it some time ago. I believe someone said it's an appliance commercial. Didn't get the connection, but it certainly got my attention.

One of the best European ads I've seen (aside from this which has skyrocketed to the top of my two ad list) was a German ad I saw back in 1994...

Went sorta like this....

Night...couple making out in an old VW bug....windows fogging up, super-steamy....close-ups of the couple making out....pans out to exterior shot....

SWATCH.....it's waterproof.

I saw no SWATCH in the entire commercial.

And I haven't forgotten how much better the Europeans are with their commercials...

Because, of course, they show b00bs.....just not in the SWATCH commercial.
