Fivers for me. I have bought 2 samplers, but I've bought lots of fivers and 10 packs. Never bought a box.

I voted for 5'rs but used to buy boxes. I have become more frugal lately and like the 5-paks from Monster and CI. Still buy boxes of my special favorites though. I do buy samplers regularly, probably #2 frequency. Seldom buy bundles, tried that routine and found mostly just cheap crap cigars with loving write-ups. Frugal but don't like cheap cigars.:2

I voted boxes, since most of the sticks in my coolers were box purchases. But I've also bought a fair number of "mixed samplers" from brothers here at CA. Oftentimes the price per stick on these deals is too good to ignore.

I buy whatever is the best deal on what I'm looking for. 5ers, daily specials, samplers, etc. When it's a stick I know I want a lot of, I'm always on the look out for a good deal on a box, because getting a new full box is just really fun :)

For me it depends. CC boxes, NC singles. I buy boxes less frequently than singles but the majority of what I buy still comes from boxes because I usually only buy 2-3 singles when I go to the B&M. The poll simply said "what do you buy most". I voted boxes but I guess if the question was "what do you buy most often" my answer would be singles.

5vers for me. I buy what I like but I am still trying to taste new things so I try 5vers mostly and samplers sometimes too.

Plus 5vers are easier than boxes or bundles to sneak into the house which helps when I am trying not to have the "More cigars?!?!?!?!" talk:ss

Now that I know what I like, I buy more boxes.
If I want to try something new, I'll buy a few at
the local b&m, or find a sampler/special with them.

Some sticks are just too darned expensive, so I have
to buy singles, if I really want to smoke them. Then
again there are deals that include one or two super
pricey smokes, which I can then justify the purchase
(a special/sampler) based on "average" cost per stick.

I'm sure the average cost of every stick in my humis is
under $6.50, but includes many Hemis, OpusX, Anejo,
Cien Anos, Graycliff, Ashton, etc. These expensive sticks
are offset by more everyday smokes like CAO Brazilia, RP,
Pepin Blue/JJ, HdM Excalibur, Punch, Oliva, RyJ, Torano, etc.

This is a complicated hobby to keep within budget.

I don't think I've EVER spent more than $15 for a smoke, and
my self imposed limit is $10, although prices are creeping up.
Unfortunately my paycheck isn't going up as much. If it's
my birthday, or Xmas, and have some mad money saved up,
I buy a couple extra OpusX or Hemi maddies for special occasions
later in the year. That's how I accumulated many of the htf
sticks, now resting comfortably. Not enough special occasions! :)

My goal this year is to buy a box of Hemi maddies for Xmas. Not
sure if my local will go for it, though. Last year, my best smoke
was a Hemi Signature maddie with 2-3 yrs on it, and salted with
plume. A memorable/remarkable smoke, on a cool autumn afternoon.
