Alright, I'm doomed. I tried to resist cbid for so long; I thought I was doing well....but I had a weak moment & turned to the darkside.

So...the time is at hand and the pregnant mrsreindeer's Shower is on Saturday so we're being a very modern couple and doing it all co-ed and stuff (don't laugh).....afterall, it takes two to make the baby...why the hell can't I have my day too! :r:r

So mrsreindeer is having her Shower & I'm having the 'Way-to-Go-$perm Party'. No joke. I even made a sign. I'll post a pic here when it arrives in the mail. Seriously, I'm having this thing printed.

So the house is under construction (was supposed to be done) and my 'Way-to-Go-$perm Party' section is outside on the deck, with loungers, beer, cigars & poker and we'll taunt & cat-call the girls out on the lawn or something like that. I needed to pick up some cigars fast and cheap (we're already at 70 freakin' people!) and well, www.cigarbid.com has been taunting me for months.

I made sure to check out www.c-h-i-m-p.com first just to make sure I wasn't bidding blindly and sure enough, I'm now the proud owner of my very first box purchase, a box of 20 La Aroma de Cuba Marquis Tubos. God, I hope they're good! ;) I've had the cetro and thought it was decent and the price on these suckers couldn't be beat and the Tubos sure look nice.

I just hope I get 'em before Saturday!

Well there are a couple easy ways. If you both have blue eyes and the baby doesn't you ain't the daddy. If you are blood type O and the wife is A and the baby is B, you ain't the daddy. If the baby comes out looking like a young Michael Jackson you ain't the daddy. :r

I hope some of your guests bring some smokes,20 cigars for 70+ people is going to be uncomfortable.You might want to call for help at a nearby B&M,get a few more for the throng.

Thanks Jay & thanks Jay! It was fun but a lot of work!

Because this is L.A. and most folks out here have to sign a waiver when their picture is taken or have a contract when public appearances are concerned, I was unable to take pictures of most of the attendees....that or I had my hands full with making sure everybody was having a good time so I didn't get to take more pics of the folks actually there!

Hahahaha, actually my college roommate's mom. He told me he was bringing his 5-year old daughter and his mother. I asked him, "Are you sure your Mom is coming?" because we needed to make room for her... to which he said, "I'm not leaving my mother at home while I attend the event...if you don't want her to come, I won't be coming."

Uh.....okay. And there you can see the wonderful time she's having.

Actually, she's really quite sweet and I'm not sure but she may be losin' her mind a little bit (we didn't know this prior to the party). That or we really were at a str!pjoint in Cabo.
