Sox are back from the west coast with an off day today, they can use the day to shake off the jet lag.
The AL East leading Bluejays are in town for three. The Sox should get Daisuke and Youkilis back this week. |

The time off and the standing ovations that Oritz got last night done nothing he went 0-3.

Big Papi hits his first homer away from Fenway, a three run bomb to center field, Sox on top 6-4.
Tomorrow John Smoltz makes his first Red Sox start should be interesting to see if this guy got anything left? |

I just got back from vacation in DC where I was at the first two Sox - Nationals games. I estimate that 3 of 4 fans there were Sox fans. Attendance records were set all three games the Sox played in DC. It almost felt like being in Fenway.
