OK- how about "Cigar Asylum" around the top with a smoking cigar diagonally in the middle on one side and an asylum on the other?

I was kind of thinking a diagonal cigar with a Cigar Asylum band of some sort.

Not sure it would all fit, but what about all the branches of service emblems on one side? Or, make a collectors set of each one on it's individual chip?

Maybe a nice image of tobacco fields?

Maybe something with a simple saying alone the line of

"No politics, No religion, only friends seeking asylum"

Something along the lines of an open door to a cigar shop or humidor and a welcome to the asylum sign above the door.
