My wife finds it crazy that ill strap myself down with 14 bags of groceries just so I don't have to go back to make another trip...

Women just don't get it do they?

My son and I do that, the girls do most of the shopping so we always unload the car. Sometimes it's tough navigating the doors and stairs, but we manage :r

Only thing that is a no go is the 50 lb salt bags for the water softener, 1 per hand :)

I do it all the time. A fully loaded trunk is no more the 2 trips.

Same here. The wife rolls her eyes, but I make it a point of no more than one trip from the car to the house.

The lovely Mamafish just rolls her eyes and shakes her head at my insistence that I not be required to make just one more 50ft. trip.

Doesn't anyone else have those rucksacks with the shoulder straps? You know, they are about 3'x2'x2'. You can get about 75 pounds in each one, more if it's all cans. A month's supply in one trip.
