Bought our first house!
 

Hey everyone, I know I've barely been around for a while, but 2011 was a busy year with our first kiddo being born, getting pregnant with our second (whoopsie), joining the Air Force, moving, and now we have moved (locally) again.

This is the picture I took on the 21st when we closed, we've been in for almost two weeks now and have about 90% of our stuff moved over.

It has a nice backyard with a patio that I plan to use as a small herf-center, I'll get some more pictures posted in a bit.

Anyway, it was great using the VA loan, no money down, lower monthly payment than our rent was in our apartment for the past 9 months, finally a home to call our own.

I'll try to post more pictures in a while, but I am soliciting any and all advice for a first time home owner.
