i do too, especially the one made by the saint arnolds brewery. but together oh no. maybe with a mild cigar, but with the essencia i had it kinda ruined the commute this morning.

IBC is my favorite for a production Root Beer. Its great with a stick.

see i like dr pepper with any cigar i have ever tried. but this experience was so bad i dont know if ill try another combo.

+1. Diet IBC is my go-to non-alcoholic drink with a cigar. I prefer booze, but when it is a morning or afternoon smoke, root beer is great.

I love Virgil's, but I can never make it last long enough to last lighting a cigar, let alone sitting through an entire one :r

Jones Soda's Root Beer is not bad either. Their Cream Soda goes well with a smoke too.

Souix City Sarsasparilla, Cream Soda or Rootbeer are all nice with every cigar I have tried them with. :tu

Root beer is good....cream soda is better!

If I'm not drinking an alcoholic beverage or coffee, that's the other drink of choice for me.

I think root beer and ginger ale or the two best carbonated beverages with cigars and probably better than coffee at bringing out cigar flavors.

:tpd: Root beer seems to cleanse the palate and enhance some of the subtle flavors in a cigar.

Had a Goose Island root beer at the MoB Herf last week and it complemented the cigars just fine. :)

I'm a fan of Mug rootbeer with my cigars, I find it compliments most sticks pretty well. Never tried it with an Escencia, though.
