Good morning all, the espresso coffee is on and it's looking like we have a beautiful start to another week. We had a great weekend: Beth and I did some yard work Saturday morning and then hung out back and enjoyed some adult beverages and a couple of primo stogies; yesterday, we went to a farmer's market in Warwick, NY and then went to a local winery (Clearview Vineyards):

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Friday! We had a good time at Aroma last night, a number of the usual suspects were out enjoying top shelf cigars and all. Congrats to the Yankees on another win last night, they take on the Dodgers this weekend at home. The NASCAR drivers are in Sonoma, CA this weekend road racing tomorrow and Sunday. Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Friday! We had a good time at Aroma last night, a number of the usual suspects were out enjoying top shelf stogies and all. Unfortunately, the Yankees lost in the bottom of the 9th and didn't sweep the Royals as hoped. They'll be in Boston this weekend taking on the Red Sox and hopefully we take at least 2 out of 3 there as well. The NASCAR racers are in Newton, Iowa this weekend with racing tonight, tomorrow and Sunday:

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's the 4th of July morning getting ready for all the festivities. I went out yesterday in search of turkey legs (drum sticks) to put on the smoker to serve along with the hot dogs and burgers and all. Finally after the fourth store, I found them at Market Fresh in Newburgh, NY: https://newburgh.atmarketfresh.com/. I'll definitely be going back there as their meat selection was outstanding. We've got friends and family coming over around 1300 (1 PM), so I'll put them on around 1100 (11 AM) low and slow for around three hours. The Cornwall, NY parade is at 1700 (5 PM), we'll make our way down there a good 30 minutes prior to get a good spot. The day ends with the town of Cornwall shooting off fireworks over Rings Pond which always brings in a huge crowd. Enjoy everyone and remember to be safe out there..... 🇺🇲

Good morning everyone, the espresso is on and we're halfway thru the week already. Yesterday was a pretty easy day starting with doing some shopping with Beth and then smoking some chicken wings on the smoker. I enjoyed a couple of cigars and a few cold ones while the wings were low and slow on the smoker. I see that the last night's Yankees game got rain delayed until today at 1605 (4:05 PM), hopefully they get both games today as it doesn't look today either. It was good to see the Yankees win again yesterday and stay neck and neck with the Orioles and be 1.5 games ahead of them. The NASCAR racers are in Daytona this weekend with only 2 races left until the playoffs begin. This is the last weekend of preseason NFL, yeah baby, bring it on. Congrats to the Kansas City Chiefs, it was a good game as the season opener. Tonight, my Eagles take on the Packers live from Brazil starting at 2015 (8:15 PM). I definitely want my Birds to win and all. The Yankees have a day game today against the Cubs in Chicago, let's go fellas, you got this.
