I liked it. I can't base my whole opinion on a demo though! A demo has tons of bugs and glitches that would be gone (hopefully) when the game is done.
I'm buying tomorrow and will let ya know. I loved Bogey Dead 6 on the PS One and this is like a updated kick ass version. Cheers. |

HAWX is truly a fun game. It definitely not for the sim addict but is just an out right fun arcade style game.
Haven't taken it online and probably won't since finding a mature player is like finding gold in a silver mine. But the campaign is fun and has it's challenges. The fighting is great and the controls are spot on really. Assistant is mandatory in certain situations! When you really get in the **** and you have so many plains attacking and shooting you must use it or your not gonna get far at all. Also, You can change the view out of third person to a just the target display with hud or inside the cockpit display. Fun game if you don't like sim or want a rest from simulation. Cheers! |

I was a beta tester for live and we had some kids on but were very nice. It was when Live got released is when I had got shocked because I was being call this or that, NOOB! I hate that term. I stopped used Live because of it and lost touch with the beta testers, I do miss the beta days! It was a small tight nit community with no noob this or blank that.
I just think to many kids are spoiled brats or spoil sports. Some adults can be the same though! Now thats pitiful! :r Thanks for the site! |

I guess I'm old school. I enjoy Madden '09 and Tiger Woods '08 on my PS2. Online play is a crapshoot. Half the time you get the guys who quit if they're losing. :rolleyes:

Been on the road a whole bunch but I have fit in a couple of games. Quick run down of what i've played over the last couple of weeks:
Resident Evil 5: Good fun, though the controls bother me a bunch. Tom Clancy's HAWX: This game sucks. Boring, repetitive, and far too easy. Mad World: This game is awesome! It's way over the top violent, but to the point where it is funny. Def worth a go. Call of Duty WaW: New Nazi zombies FTW! Empire:Total War: Awesome strategy game, though putting it on ultra high settings makes my pc weep. Awesome game :) |

Res 5 was okay...played through one time and got to the final battle, which is clumsy and ridiculous-haven't finished Wesker off yet. Have to look for new game. Anything good in the pipeline?

I just got Fable II and i love it so far.
I'm also in the process of downloading the L4D expansion on xbox, i am so looking forward to getting on with Sam and Jon to have a good ole zombie slaying session. |

I picked up Fallout 3 about a week ago and have been playing that. Great game, really in-depth and just a vast friggin' world. There's just so much to do. I'm only on Level 9 right now but it seems it will keep me busy for quite a long time.
Any suggestions on the game? I had to look up a guide on how to hack because I messed up like 5 terminals and was getting aggravated, so I read what you needed to do in order to figure out the passes. |

I downloaded the UFC demo on PS3, and I'm quite surprised at how fun it is. Though the tutorial seems to go on forever, the controls actually aren't that bad. I wasn't sure how they could cram everything in (striking, clinching, throws, guard, submissions, etc.), but it actually works quite well.
The wife and I played it for over an hour Monday night, which is saying a lot because she's definitely not a gamer, though she is a big UFC fan. She kept knocking me out using Chuck Liddell's superman punch! :D |

from everything I read on line I have the fatal Three Rings of Death. I've had the unit for 4-5 years so no warranty. I ordered a new one-it is the new red one that has the Jasper chip in it-suppose to be the latest technology in Xbox. Bummer is-comes with a Resident Evil 5 game which I already have-So anyone want a new game???? I'll sell it maybe for 25$-how does that sound??

Been awhile since I checked in on this thread. Bunch of good games came out recently that i've been messin with:
infamous: fun, kinda like spiderman with electricity Killing Floor: like a rough L4D, I like it UFC: fun wrestling game Punch Out: it's Punch out, if you own a wii and not this you suck Plants vs Zombies: silly popcap game that helped me pass the time traveling. Like most popcap games, very addicting |
