Picked this up at the end of August. This is my favorite Harley I've had. Got about 3000 miles on it before it started getting cold.

Lookin good, Admiral.
I threatened to get my scoot out for a ride yesterday, then decided I didn't want to freeze.
They're both all ready to go, and I've had them out and running.

I've been threatening all winter to get a bunch of white led's to highlight the chrome, still haven't done it. Wanted to add a couple bass speakers and an amp and 4 more sats. Didn't buy a single hunk of chrome, either.
I only need to cover one swing arm and it's done.
I have to shorten the front fender, too. Some previous owner goof put a mud flap on it and it's got the fender all cracked.

I guess I'll just work on her when the sun comes out. :tu

Put on the new rear wheel to match the front wheel in the picture a few posts up, with a chrome rotor and some more chrome on the back end. New headlight next, and I'm done 'til the winter.

I've owned this since 05. It has a dozen handmade parts on it. It's a 1996 Heavily Modified 1250cc, Stage 3 heads, Red Shift cams, Screaming Eagle
Programmable Race Ignition, ETC, Bought it totaled.

I love my 14 Wide Glide. Getting slip ons and a new air filter next weekend. Looking forward to being louder on the streets.

If you want LOUD, I can vouch for those cycle shack drag pipes. Need dang earplugs to stay near it. I plan to lose them as soon as I can find something else. In the meantime I jammed some universal baffles up there.

I like the colors on your WG. Pretty sweet.

Thank you. There was just something about the colors that drew me in. I already ordered Vance and Hines slips. Anything is better then stock. Enjoy!!

Re: Motorcycle Thread..

Well I'm just starting to look around for a dual sport bike. I've not done much road riding, mostly moto, and some open desert riding/racing. Now since we've started splitting time between the desert in NV and our place in North Tahoe I can see the value of a plated MC to link some cool fire roads and trails with out needing to trailer to each trail head. Probably end up with a CRF450x set up for NV plates, but open to other suggestions!
