I did stir fry and fried rice last night. It was pretty dang good. Gotta figure out how to have the meant n veggies have that wet sauce. Mine ended up unsaucy.

I am eating a Rockstar zero sugar zero carb energy drink.
It is truly awful. On a positive note, I went to breakfast with a few buds and I had corned beef hash with a couple sunny side slimy eggs on top, just the way I like them. :tu Wheat toast, too. |

Kale, spinach, chard and carrots salad with tomatoes, croutons, sesame seeds lightlty drenched with balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing.

Gumbo made with fresh Gulf shrimp and Andouille sausage. It was the first time I've made the roux by baking it, and I'm sold on that method. It's so much less of a hassle than doing it on the stovetop and is practically foolproof

I've always loved baking bread - and I do so somewhat frequently. And my pizza dough is always made fresh. But I recently bought a couple of proofing baskets for bread and I christened one today making a loaf of Finnish Rye.

Made some cheesy potato cup things, I did the bacon on the inside to hide it from the Rabbi but same difference. The picture is from the web, no Rabbi involved.

Tried to recreate a baked then fried potato wedge app that EricF's wife whipped up for us when I was down there recently. While not as delicious as Mrs. EricF's treat, it was a decent approximation. Paired it with some chicken dusted in garlic salt and some roasted veggies. Not bad for a Thursday night meal.

Well i used this directory of tell me what to eat, and with it i was able to find out this wide variety of veggies all starting from the letter d. Through it i found out so many different and new foods, so ive been eating those!

Boston Butts were on sale so I spent the morning making sausage; breakfast, Italian, and Cajun Green Onion.
So we just enjoyed some green onion sausage stuffed mushrooms. They mysteriously disappeared before I could get a photo. :confused: :D |

Mix all ingredients by hand until tacky. If it's just me eating it I put more Cayenne pepper in it to up the heat. If you decide to make it I'd love some feedback. |
