Sent me some really nice cigars, there is a Fuente Classic from 03 in there that has a beautiful yellowing cellophane. That should be a nice one. :D

Thanks Brooks:D, it's a gorgeous stick. It will be meeting its end this weekend!! Some really good selections in there.
Just got done with that Partagas, that was really good. My first one! I had a Cohiba a long long long time ago when I was out of country,other than that one, I haven't really been on that side of the field so thank you very much!!

Just call me Guillermo Padron.
The great thing about Padrons (Anniversaries) is that they LOOK hand made. They are not all perfect like all other cigars. They have flaws and imperfections.

In case you don't know about the Classic Sungrown...(and if you do, just ignore this)...

In 2003, the Fuente Family released a special cigar as a promotion for dealers who won a contest...165 boxes of 25 Hemingway Classics with a Ecuadorian Sun Grown wrapper were released, and as far as I know (after quite a bit of research) those 4,125 cigars are the only example of this vitola with this wrapper and blend (there are some Hemingway Signatures and some Untold Stories with a Sun Grown wrapper out there, and rumors of a Work of Art Sun Grown, but I have been unable to procure one as of yet, which shames me even now!)...

Rev...I have had the natural Omar Ortez and it was fantastic. :tu Funny thing is, I have never tried the maduros. But being the maduro fiend that I am...if the natural was fantastic, the maduros have to really rock. :D

I am so glad that I just do not enjoy DCMs. I have tried them on many occasions and in a couple vitolas and they always just taste like burnt ash to me so for that I am grateful.:tu The rest of that lineup looks amazing though.

Was gifted one of the recently and fell in love.....

The Little Havana Overruns bundle by Miami's most famous cigar roller (according to Holt's).

Came with a free Holts ashtray!!! :dance:

I love certain maduros, but then there are others which I really don't appreciate while the same lines with other wrappers really rock. For example, I love the RP Edge Corojo, but the Edge maduros suck - at least in my opinion. But in the RP Old World Reserve line, I like both equally well. I find this often the case when the maduros come in a "black as the ace of spades" wrapper. I love PAM '64s or 26s, but the PANs don't seem to give me as much.

So, hence my question, are they as good as the naturals?
