Looks like Miguel Tejada is in some trouble!
If guilty, Tejada could be deported as a drug abuser and as someone who comitted perjury. His work visa in a priviledge, not a right.

Apparently Tejada has plea bargained to a misdemeanor, so it looks like his visa will not be in jeopardy. :rolleyes:
