I thought it was decent, and according to some reviews I read, it was pretty true to the actual events. Well, except for Damon being about half the size of the guy he was playing... :r

I was really let down by the movie. They really should have used some athletes for the movie, you look at films about high school football and the actors/stunt doubles are bigger and faster than what as shown here. This was one of the first world cups after the advent of the professional player in rugby. you can go on youtube and see highlights from many of these matches and compared to the film the hollywood version just doesnt standup.

Snagged The Town a couple nights ago without having seen it in the theater. Definitely not The Departed, but not a bad flick either--I'd recommend it.

Murder by Numbers. Sandra Bullock is in it.
The movie is worth watching, Lisa and I enjoyed it. It tried to be real deep, but got edited pretty thin. Aside from that, the title has nothing at all to do with the movie, or at least we couldn't figure out the connection.
It was well cast, well shot, and poorly directed. The editing may have salvaged the movie, it's hard to tell. It just seemed like there was a lot more material, because some background plots just never developed and kinda hung there. Then when they fleshed out, they were unimpressive. They just never got the hook in you to build any drama. It played like part four of an HBO series, if ya know what I mean.
At any rate, it was fun. We found it on Netflix, it's an instant queue deal, so you can watch it right now if you wanna. The price is right, too. :)

My wife got me the Extended Edition box set when it first came out. I watch the movies every 6 months or so. With all of the deleted scenes added back in, FoTR is about 3 1/2 hours, and I think TT and RoTK are about 4 each.
