You guys are sporting some seriously cool ashtrays. Here are a couple pics of my favorite personal tray Appropriatly named The Brass Monkey. I found it on Ebay for $8 delivered. I have a couple others, but will need to get some pics for ya.

I use a regular coffee mug filled half way with water. The water absorbs the cigar ash and there's no smell. Plus the handle makes it easy to transport.

I'm in the exact same boat. I'm looking to get the stinky for a short term reliable item. However, I really want to find "the" ashtray for me. I have a bunch of random stuff like the rest has posted.

i have many ashtrays but this one I made out of the clay in my backyard that I dug up while digging 12 post holes BY HAND. 36" deep is the code here so that's what I did on most of them anyway. ;)
