Yep, I have this week off for my birthday on Friday along with next Monday and Tuesday.

Let's just hope my throat can handle the thrashing this week with the amount of cigars that I plan to smoke! :tu

Tonight's smoke: Nub 460 Connecticut Torpedo

Went into this cigar with relatively low expectations. I've been smoking more medium-full bodied smokes lately. However, this is a damn good cigar. I was very skeptical of the Nub concept at first. This cigar has changed my mind. Once I got the little monster lit, it has produced copious amounts of smoke and a surprisingly complex array of flavors. More medium than mild, it has some very nice nutty and leathery flavors with a hint of spice. :tu

First up was a 601 Green Oscuro Corona. Beautiful cigar, perfect draw that produces buckets of smoke, and a perfect burn. Great flavor profile but a bit on the strong side for my tastes at this point. Should have had this one after dinner but I couldn't resist. It kept yelling at me "Hey Beau, look how oily and handsome I am! I've been sitting here for a year, please smoke me!" Now to decide what I'll smoke after dinner.

a blue ribbon (liga t-9 knock off), which was full of luscious smoke. Second smoke was a PLPC, wonderful.

Today started out with a Cubao No. 4 after lunch then moved onto an Ambos Mundos No. 2 Toro, La Riqueza No. 1, Punch Churchill and then finished the night with a nice little Cohiba Club.
