Chipotle rubbed/grilled NY strip steak (grass fed beef to boot) over a heirloom tomato salad dressed with a chipotle/balsamic vinaigrette, and some grilled knob onions. Paired with a Argentine Malbec wine. Great dinner. Now to get a cigar to cap it off.
