"plain". They are plain good. They actually become quesadillas, I guess, with the addition of the top tortilla.

Last night I had BBQ'ed lake trout skewers with a large side of homemade tabouleh.

tonight I'm having smoked pink salmon with cobly cheese, dice apples on rye bread toasted on a george foreman grilled :D

Grilled some marinated pork chops, chorizo's Argentinean style, and tuna steaks. For the sides potato salad and baked beans.

Last night started with Crab cakes, Stuffed Shrimp and Baked Oysters, followed by Lobster Bisque, a Cesar Salad, then a tiny 24 oz Porterhouse with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Bacon Wrapped and sautéed Brussel Sprouts and Lobster Mac 'n Cheese. Accompanied by couple of glasses of Woodford, followed by a nice RyJ.
