I get to watch Mcdavid every night and through the 80's Gretzky every night ... never seen this done before .

If you are left handed ... hold stick in right hand only and raise the puck off the ice ... better yet two guys trying to climb onto you and roof the puck past the goalie .

No Blackhawk or any other hockey player has ever done it that I can remember .

But I digress ... as long as you are a hockey fan ... every thing is alright .

Derrek

Looked at some more views of the Crosby goal, and it is pretty amazing Derrek. :tu Didn't say the Hawks did that, juts said they had some goals that I thought were pretty impressive.

First slashed a guy in the eggs on Tuesday, then actually takes part of a finger off Methot last night.

If the tables were turned and Methot broke Sid's finger, Methot would be suspended for 10 games. :2

Slash #2 was worse, first I wasn't so sure it wasn't dive.

As far as the goal.... I keep thinking if I could even pop that puck up, not sure I could slide it in, to roof that empty net is nice. Roof it against an NHL tendy, that's special.

Added bonus, Avs are just letting cats score at will in the 3rd.

^^^ I'll add, no Crosby or Pens fan.

Adam, I'll say it for you "RASK!!!:na"

Oh how I love playoff hockey. Added bonus, got 1.5 hours on the ice this afternoon and another 1.5 tomorrow(son will be out tomorrow)

Holy smokes, don't know what happened there(still 6:22 to go) with the 'Hawks and Preds, but my daughter is going to be difficult to live with for 24 hours(I wouldn't want to be around Tom tonight).

That said, the ups the past few years makes this easier IMO. BUT I'm an Avs fan.

Agreed, E.J.... Hawks still have the most Cups in the 21st Century.

....and the disappointment for the 2016-17 for the Colorado Avalanche just continues unabated.

I thought every team had the same number of players.

Super cool moment in Edmonton - PA system goes down and crowd sings Star Spangled Banner at the tops of their voices for our American neighbours.

Awesome job guys!

Tuukka doesn't need one. A male one, anyway.

Unlike Montreal where they boo the American anthem.

That would be nice. I am hating the 8:30 start time. Some people have to work in the morning :bh

Edmonton may have a million people but it's just a big small town .

Like last May when Fort McMurray burned to the ground ... Edmonton put up 60,000 refugees for a month without blinking .

Ottawa takes down the Rangers.

Now just hoping the Oil can take down the Ducks tomorrow.

Funny, usually nationalism takes over for me and with no horse in the race, I'd just take the teams from South of the border, but guess not so much here.

The game in Edmonton on Sunday ... anybody else notice the guy with a (striped) refs shirt and a ducks logo on the chest ???

Game 7, Pens & Sens! I'm really rooting for the Senators.

1) I can't stand the Penguins.
2) Bobby Ryan is a local kid, having grown up 20-30 minutes from me (very rare around here, although he and Johnny Gaudreau are two good local talents!).
3) I can't stand the Penguins.
4) I think the coaching matchup in a Preds/Sens matchup is intriguing. Remember this?- https://youtu.be/4VV1PrbkK3E

And did I mention I don't like the Penguins?

I played on men's league team with Craig Anderson several summers ago, so you know I am rooting for them too, Joel! :tu
