A lot of people complain about this one or at least that is what i have seen on some COD MW3 forums.

I forgot to add that one to my list, not the worst, but not a huge fan either.

Alot of people are bashing dome, and I understand why but that map is great for run'n'gun style. Yesterday on a game of Team Tactical TDM I went 44-10 and never stopped moving, it was fun because run'n'gun is not my typical play style.
I don't know why but COD Elite doesn't seem to show your kills if they where in the kill cam. It shows 42 but it was actually 44 (Double kill in the kill cam wasn't counted on Eilte).

I hate Outpost and Downturn. My favorite is Lockdown. When I play that map, I usually always have a 2:1 K:D ratio.

Yep, I added a bunch of CA inmates as Xbox Live friends. MY Live ID is M3a5g7. It's blend of 357 Mag as I couldn't find any other derivative of 357 that wasn't taken.

I jumped into a couple games you were in. I remember you killing me a few times. I still suck. I'm such a run-n-gunner. I'm trying to learn. I had one of my best nights a couple days ago.

I didn't even notice. I can't really focus on things like enemy names while playing. I played a game the other night against Andrew and didn't realize it was him until the very last kill.
Like I always say, it's not about how good of a player you are, it's about how good of a team player you are that matters.

Way to bash me :r On a side note it's Saturday and I'll be on sometime after 9pm when my son and parents head to bed. Get a little trigger time and hopefully on the same team so you down own me :D

I did jump in one the other day and went 5-1 before the match ended. So I'm slightly improving. I seem to do better when I take things slower and don't just rush in and get shot.

Best advice...be a team, move as a team, shoot as a team and win as a team. Run and gun as a team is also + :2

I'm starting to get a better feel for the game and enjoy it much more. I started this month with a .13 KDR and it's slowly but surely coming up. I'm at a .61 for the week. Getting a feel for the maps and using the MP9 Akimbo as a secondary have upped my kills a lot.

Anyone playing the two new maps? I am pretty confident I will not be getting any more map pack maps, as there was one map in the last 5 map packs that was worth paying for. Just wondering if anyone was paying the $50 a year for map packs and already played the first two. :hm

I am looking forward to new maps, they keep me interested in COD.
I have a COD Elite membership so my DLC maps are included, I debated for a while if it was worth it but I would have purchased the maps anyways I am sure..

Supposedly some patches went down yesterday. I haven't noticed any difference playing on ps3. Akimbo weapons were supposedly reduced by 50% fire rate. No difference that I have noticed playing though.

The have added some elements to certain multiplayer maps on XBox 360. I noticed it most on bootleg. Its mostly signs and some cover from above, to avoid missles and airstrikes maybe? :hm

So I tried the new maps last night, I like them. Piazza is a fun Run'n'gun map, lot's of death. The other map is fun too but these are completly different, but thats good. I like variety, hoping to play them more tonight. I noticed a few people glitching/laging last night, I hope this isnt a new commonality.

I had a crazy bad headache all day yesterday. Finally gave in around 10pm and took a percocet. Played the best games I've ever played. I'm generally a 1.2 KD average. Last night I was going 23-4 and 19-3 on some games. And this was pretty consistently for the best part of 2+ hrs. Craziest damn thing.

Haha! I have no idea why it would help but I was sniping and changing tactical positions like it was 2nd nature. On Dome I went 20-2... on DOME! Its damn near impossible to not get killed a bunch of times in that map. My favorite though is I discovered a new sniping position on top of an umbrella in Arkaden completely by accident :D

No not that one. The one in front of that one by the entrance to the stairs. I fell out of the window onto the first one and had no idea you could strafe jump to the other one. Racked up like 5 kills there before moving on. Crazy fun!

I think it would be cool if we had a CigarAsylum clan for the PS3 (one for the 360 too). I don't know how to create one though, maybe b/c I only use the free version of Elite. Anyone game?

Had my 51 game win streak broken by some noob clowns the other night :bh

Split screening morons who wouldn't stop running into bullets, one was 8-15 the other 7-17 and we lost by three. Then proceeded to rail off another 12 straight. :td

I try, but I'm still a noob. This is my first "real" cod multiplayer game. Wii doesn't count.
I've made big improvements in the last few weeks. I went from a .13 the first week to a .32 overall. this week's stats alone have me at above a .6 kdr.

Alright, I have something to confuse.

I am a camper with a gold sniper rifle and I do not give a sh*t that it pisses people off. :D :r

I went out an bought the new Turtle Beach X32 headset and so far I am pretty happy. They are not surround sound, but the sound quality is good.

I finally have my kdr up to 0.6 and over the past two sessions I have been closer to 1.4-1.5. I had my best game today going 22-6 in Dome. I love Dome, it is a campers paradise. I know 0.6 is not impressive, but when you start at 0.2 and have 1000s of deaths it takes a while to improve on the ratio.

I think the headset is helping as I am more in tune with the game. I can hear footsteps but that does not really help all that much yet.

I am finally playing assault killstreaks and I am now addicted to care packages.

I also love it when you kill someone and their mic opens up so that you can hear them for a couple of seconds. Boy do people hate campers with sniper rifles. :D :r

Makes me smile even more when they start cursing me out.

Campers are easier to find, but I will camp my ass off and listen to people whine about dying for running into my bullets. Only people who lose games complain about campers. I'll take my 2.5 win ratio and 1.7 K/D and you can whine about camping all you want. :D

I don't think tactical camping is in itself a bad thing. I mean come on, as a sniper, what the hell else are you supposed to do? No one is going to run-n-gun with an RSASS. The best players, IMO of course, are those who do a combination of tactical sniping (camping) and are constantly changing positions. Its what I try and emulate in my gameplay. Ghillie suit + sniper rifle + 2-3 kills in one spot = get your ass up and move to a different spot. Grab a few more kills in that one and then keep moving.
