Don't get me wrong it was a beautiful stick, very well constructed, gorgeous wrapper and a nice pigtail cap, it smoked well and even, just had a very heavy woodiness to it, not my taste profile that's all.

IMO they've got a great medium flavor with a nice bit of complexity. But I wish they had more body; I think a bigger nic kick would complement the taste perfectly. But for <3$ a stick they're a heck of a deal. I smoked one ROTT and it wasn't impressive. I recommend giving them a couple of weeks minimum before enjoying.

Yesterday had an Emilio La Musa Melete Lancero (which unfortunately is a limited edition size) was one of the Best Cigars I have smoked in a looooong time, pricey but worth the coin, Fantastic, def wowed me!!

Today I had a La Aroma De Cuba Mi Amor Reserva Romantico at the beach
Ending the night with an Añejo 46 with some age (a little plume on it :dr )

Had a cohiba club earlier, not bad at all (compliments of GoatLocker)

Now I have to decide between 3 ROTT sticks.

Cohiba Exquisitos, Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No. 1, or a Monte 4 (and seeing as I know the Monte 2 all so well I'll skip the 4 I think and decide between the other two... ) choices choices, any input from the peanut gallery?

Finishing the day with a Morro Castle Corona. I knew nothing about this cigar before tonight; it came with a sampler. But it's pretty damned tasty. My only complaint is the wrapper seemed like it was superglued on - I had to tear the ever-loving crap out of it to get it off.

In spite of an abscessed tooth, I was still able to enjoy a Room 101 Serie SA. Interesting little smoke for the cost. Not bad.

The hell with it, going with the Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No. 1, my first HdM..snorkably good. :dr interestingly enough I keep reading that these don't really age well, I think the first time I've read that about a stick.

Smoked a 12 gauge. No idea if it was the criollo or corojo, they look identical to my untrained eye. Regardless, it was awesome. Much better than last years 12 gauges were. Very happy I decided to grab some 12's along with the 10's.

I know it has been quite a while since I have posted. But have been going through some medical issues & could not smoke for a while before surgery.

My shoulder surgery went great on Friday. This was from yesterday. I still cannot move my arm much at the shoulder but at least I can move at the elbow.
