Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's back to work Monday. We had a nice and easy weekend as predicted, stopped in the cigar shop Saturday morning and then went to a piano recital in the evening. Yesterday, Beth and I went to the Newburgh Brewery and supported a local charity and that was the extent of it. Enjoy your week everyone and smoke a favorite or two throughout it...... :)

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's already "Hump Day". I see that the NY Rangers lost last night to the Columbus Blue Jackets 6 - 4, hopefully they'll turn things around and put up a "W" tomorrow evening. After work today, we'll be heading over to the Newburgh Brewery for our monthly planning meeting for this summer's Wings for Warriors - Quad State Herf. As most of you all know, there's a lot that goes into making this a great event year after year and this year will be no different. Hope everyone has a good one and enjoys it as well....... :chr

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's a brisk 27° outside right now. I know it's the beginning of February and all but I can hardly wait until the Spring time gets here. We had a good meeting last night at the brewery, Sean has some stuff in the works and things are in motion. Tonight, we'll be at Hudson Valley Cigars / Schlesinger's Cigar Bar enjoying primo stogies and watching the NY Rangers taking on the Buffalo Sabres starting at 1930 (7:30pm). Congrats to the NY Rangers as they won in overtime last night, way to go fellas and keep it up with a win over Calgary on Sunday. We had a good time last night at Schlesinger's, the usual crowd was there and as well as a few folks we haven't seen in a while. Well, this Sunday evening is the Superbowl. Hello everyone, been here at the office since 0-dark-30. We had the honor of hosting the Vice President yesterday until late last night here at West Point along with his staff. Army veteran and Pittsburgh Steelers Alejandro Villanueva was also here and a handful of other dignitaries. After clearing the driveway and walks, it was a long day and I'm definitely ready for a drink or two. Congrats to the NY Rangers for winning last night, that makes 4 wins in a row. Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's back to work Monday. Had a great weekend down in Delaware with Jeremy and Christen, they had a "Reveal the Baby" party and it's a Girl. Drive home yesterday that normally takes 3 hours turned into roughly 4 1/2 hours because of the snow and bad drivers. Made it home safe and sound and looking to enjoy a good week at work. We had a good weekend, spent time with the guys at the cigar shop Saturday and then went to a family birthday party for my god daughter. Yesterday, Beth and I went to Goshen to see the St. Patrick's Day Parade and then watched the end of the NASCAR race from Las Vegas which finished in an actual fist fight in the pits. Congrats to the NY Rangers for winning yesterday and hopefully they do the same this evening. Tonight, I'll be getting the snowblower ready as the weather guessers at NOAA are predicting anywhere from 14 to 21 inches to hit us here in the Northeast......... :tu

Good morning all, the coffee has been on since 0700 (yes, 7am as I slept in) and hopefully we can make it over the mountain today to get to West Point. West Point has been code "red" since early Tuesday morning. We got 24"+ of the white stuff and it was much more snow that the DPW crews could handle. The installation will open today at noon and we'll get first hand at how the other side of the mountain looks. Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's back to work Monday. Beth and I had a great weekend, relaxed Friday evening and then hit the road for Albany Saturday and attended the 4th annual NY Brewers Festival at the Desmond Hotel.

We stopped first at Wolff's Biergarten in Albany and enjoyed lunch and a couple of cold ones and then checked into the hotel and proceeded to enjoy the rest of the evening. Yesterday, we made it home safe and sound, stopped at Painter's Inn and restaurant where we had brunch and then relaxed for the remainder of the day watching the NASCAR race from Fontana, CA.
