Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's finally Friday! We had a good time last night at Schlesinger's, thank you Ian for the tasty cigar brother. I see that the Yankees lost last night after having a lead going into the 9th inning. The NASCAR racers are in Chicago this weekend and there's plenty of MLB, NFL and college football to enjoy everywhere. Beth and I are headed down to Delaware tomorrow to see Jeremy and his wife Christen and to partake in the Newark Oktoberfest:

Good morning all, the coffee is on and we're back from our mini Delaware - Pennsylvania vacation. It was great to see Jeremy, his wife Christen and all our friends both in Newark, DE and in Central PA. Today is our 13th wedding anniversary and we're going to spend it in NYC. Good morning all, the coffee has been on since 0420 and it's back to work Monday. Congrats to the Eagles on their big win over the Steelers; Kevin Harvick took the checkered flag in yesterday's NASCAR race; and the Mets won big over the Phillies 17 - 0. Beth and I had a great weekend over all; had a nieces sleep over Friday evening, Saturday we went to the West Point Oktoberfest and yesterday we attended a fund raiser at the Newburgh Brewery. Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's already "Hump Day". The weather guessers over at NOAA have extended the rain forecast now through Sunday, sucks but we can use the rain as it's pretty dry around here. Sat out last night barbecuing some chicken and smoking a Drew Estates KFC MUWAT all the while. Enjoyed both very much and the KFC was spot on. Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Friday! It was good to see the Yankees sweep the Red Sox and give C.C. a good finish for the season. Big Papi got a standing ovation and I'm sure Mark Teixeira will get his on Sunday for an outstanding career as well. We had a good time at Schlesinger's last night, a number of the regulars were there to enjoy and all. Well, the weekend is upon us and there's a lot of sports to enjoy. The Cubs can advance to the World Series tonight as they are up 3 games to 2; the NASCAR drivers are in Talladega, AL this weekend; NHL is in full swing; Army football takes on North Texas here at home in West Point (I'll be working the game in the EOC starting at 0530) and there's plenty of NFL and college football for your viewing pleasure. The Cubs won last night forcing a game 6, hopefully we see a game 7. The Eagles lost in OT, but Beth's Jets won beating the Browns in Cleveland. Good morning all, the coffee is on and Halloween last night is now history. Lots of kids came around and saw plenty of adult supervision with them. West Point is getting ready for this Saturday's Army vs. Air Force football game with the Spirit Luncheon on Thursday with the bonfire in the evening. This is the first leg of the Commander's Cup and the win will make Army bowl eligible as they are currently 5 - 3. Anyway, enjoy your day everyone and remember to be safe out there....... :)

Good morning everyone and a big congrats to the Chicago Cubs for being crowned the 2016 World Series Champs. The coffee is definitely on and greatly appreciated. There's a lot going on today here at West Point. We have the Army beat Air Force spirit luncheon and then this evening the annual bonfire.
