I wasn't defending michaels comments, just making a general statement about the whole situation. Nothing funny at all about DUI's, many innocent people are killed by such stupidity.

Don't mean to make light of a serious offense. I chuckled at the fact that he got a DUI when he plays a recovering alcoholic on the show. An emoticon that meant "huh, that's ironic" would have better conveyed my reaction
