Like you, I'm not a fresh noob. Been smoking for two years, but this is my first humidor. Made the decision to have a humidor for myself, and a tupperdor for my frequent smokes.

Heres my Pelidor set up today for emergency storage, while i pick a new humi. The previous tenant of the Pelican 1650 was a Sinar P2 but I think its better suited for cigars. Nothing to be proud of but it works for now, until I can get a proper humidification system, the distilled water and paper towels will do for now.

Congrats to everyone and their cabs and collections. Just spent over an hour scrolling thru and reading the first handful of pages. We are in great hands at the asylum with some of the most serious collections I've ever seen.

Should be picking up some coolers on Monday. I'll post some before and after when it's all said and done.

It's the 300 count San Marco from Tampa Humidor. It arrived today without a scratch on it - good packaging and quick delivery! Just for fun I put my cigars in it and took a few pics and it looks just right with them inside - not too empty but plenty of room.

That pic was over a year old-Here they are as of last week. Now in buying haitus until walk-in is built. (even the home made singles drawer in the white fridge is 2 shelves deep)

Just got this treasure dome, seasoned it up for 10 days, took the humidifier and loaded it with beads and put some in the bottom and then loaded it with the stash, also remodeled the bottom to get the most out of it. Lovin it so far

The La Carolina and Esteban Carrera habanos are the wifes. The carolinas are good for what they are. If you need a mild smoke they will fit the bill well, cheap too. I think she paid $75 for the box

I didn't mention the opus and gof bevause they are in the "assorted fuente" side. I think 10 06-07 opus and 5 06 carlito churchills.
