Not that I wish anything bad on Stamkos .. but you know if he fell down a flight of stairs and grabbed on to Andrei and pulled him down as well ...

Translation: Brad Marchand pushed Stamkos down a flight of stairs, and then goes all Tonya Harding on Andrei... -(P

Tim Thomas saves in the 2011 playoffs, so for those Rask defenders, it's not like Thomas had any great D in front of him either, if anything there were more odd man rushes and breakaways coming at him. Some of these saves were amazing and that's how you become the MVP of the Stanley Cup Finals as a goaltender.

When I won the jersey bet in 2011 the Bruins jersey she got me had "SUKITVNCVR" on the back (100% her idea). When we go to games I get asked quite often who Sukitvncvr is. When I reply "It means 'Suck it Vancouver'" I've had responses from mild distaste to having people take pictures with it to people buying us a beer. :D

Vegas could take bets, stomach issue, general soreness, blister... oh wait that’s baseball pitchers, well he could still try it.

Well Ehlers had “malaise”. He seems to be over that!

:noon

Bucky steals game 1 against Nashville, but you gotta love Stasny-Ehlers-Liane line. They look like can score from anywhere!

Hellebuyck was out of his mind last night.

I picked him up, along with Wheeler, Schiefle and Byfuglein for round 2 in my playoff pool. So a bunch points from them would be greatly appreciated. :r

They showed that clip of him in the locker room getting ready before the game and he was eye f---ing the camera like a crazy man. The first thought I had was "He looks like he should be on Game of Thrones trying to bang Daenerys Targaryen so he can steal one of her dragons." :D

I saw that clip, it was great. As he turned away, you could see him start to smirk. :r

Number one line was outta control as well. I am not sure how Pastrnak didn't get an assist on Marchand's goal (that would have given him 5). There's no control by the Bolts between Pastrnak's touch and Krug's shot.

Rask still sucks. I go into every Bruins' game like it's another loss waiting to happen because Rask sucks and chokes (like the blow and gulp but suck and choke) that way if the team bails him out and they win I'm happy if they lose... well Rask sucks. It's like Derek Lowe pitching for the Red Sox the season he had a sh!tload of wins, what most people didn't look at was he also had the highest run support in the majors at something like 7 runs per start.

Bruins actually played D in front of him, they know it's the only way.

Top line is going all Hulk smash on goalies.

Bruins top line is outstanding, Kreji and Debrusk aren't too shabby either.

Sad to see Vegas finally take a loss. We shall see how it affects them going forward.

Two more great games to smoke to today! :ih

At points in the 3rd period and the overtimes, I couldn't wait for a commercial break. My heart needed to catch its breath

Yeah, I am becoming a regular NHL watcher. I purchased the last two months of NHL Center Ice or whatever it is called so that I could watch every Nashville game.

Yeah, it is going to be a great series. I also am glad the refs didn't decide the game.

JR was pretty fired up about the refs and calls/no calls, in the post game. Milbury was saying a PS likely should have been called on the slash on the . (Mind you, no penalty called at all). All that said, series tied 1-1 going to Beantown.

Don’t know if I’ll be able to stay up for this entire Vegas game, don’t know how you Eastern/Central time zone guys do it. Guess I don’t mind on the weekend, but during the week these kill me.

The reffing was horrible. The non-call on Marchand was almost a duplicate of a slash that got called on Krug in the first. In the third, Hedman high-sticked HIMSELF in the face and Pastrnak got a double-minor.

Those two slashes were exactly the same, horrible non-call on the Marchand one.

Not sure my heart can take this series. Watching a comeback from 3 down.... wow... then almost losing it again. Two great teams duking it out too soon.

The two Airforce Jets flying over the city at the start of the game was pretty special though. The city feels like it’s a holiday - everyone wearing Jetsgear to work, buses flashing Go Jets. Special time in my city!

Was horrid. Collective heart attack here in the ‘Peg!

Poor Morrisey couldn’t believe his bad luck on that one!

Preds were tight though - they shut the Jets down, none of that flying around loosy-goosy style we’re used to when these two teams match up.

It’s all a conspiracy to force game 6 so that True North can make more money...

You wouldn’t recognize the city - 35 000 people descending on downtown - Donald is jammed clear to Broadway. Tim is at the game -he went downtown 2 hours ago - by bus - parking is worse than usual!

I have first draft on tickets for two games next round... so they’d better win!
