Good stuff! That Short Story is really an amazing little smoke -- lots of flavor packed in a small package.

All good I hope.:ss

Well my first live baseball game was awesome. The only thing better would have been being able to smoke a cigar while watching. Me and my wife were invited to the game by General Holmes. He just retired and invited us to join him and family in the Rays owners box. Wow! I was spoiled big time. I sent him a 3 tin of opusX as thanks.

General Holmes is on the right.

I ate all night long. They had everything. I was shocked at being treated like a king thru the whole experience.

Ok, I am sorry for not updating this thread for awhile. As I told Scott, I have been working some very brutal hours. I have a few weeks worth of pictures of sticks I have smoked and job progress. I will warn you now that I have no idea what days/nights/mornings I smoked these. Most are the usual suspects of late...Short Stories, and Tampa Sweetheart 500's. There were a couple days there where I smoked some sticks gifted to me by Troutbreath. Thanks again brother. He had sent me a few sticks because he had enjoyed this thread so much. Great guy!

Thanks troutbreath for these next sticks.

Tatuaje Noella. I was hopeful that my second Tat experience would be better than my first. I was happy that this one seemed to taste better than the unico I tried a few weeks ago.

This Esencia Petit Corona really surprised me with some nice smoke and flavor.

Nubbed it.

La Riqueza. I can not remember smoking this. Sorry troutbreath, all my days/nights are starting to blend at this time.

For fathers day, my wife and daughter bought me two bundles of Tampa sweethearts. #500 and #4's in natural wrapper. Not as good as the Maduros, but at $2 a stick I am very pleased. Ill give a better review of these when I smoke one when I am awake.

Finally got a chance to catch up with this thread. Good to see those smokes getting some work (although it looks like you might be getting too much work -- no rest for the weary).

Glad you enjoyed them. That Esencia is a nice little stick. I haven't seen them in too many B&M's, but like them. Made by the same folks who make the Palio cutter.

Building looks like it's really coming along.

Wow! Recieved your letter yesterday Scott. I can not express how happy it made me to think that I was missed. Pretty cool.

I have been super busy, I have only looked at the PC maybe 4 times in the last month. With the news that it will cost me $7,000+ to repair my car I have been trying to raise a little more extra money. I have also been going to the gym every day after work. Issues with my ex wife and trying to get child support stopped (my daugher has been living with me for a year and will not be going back to her moms), she is turning 16 on Sept 1st.

Over all its just been a very busy month and a half. I have tons of pictures to share from the job site. It has come a long way. Although it has been hot and not the best weather to smoke outdoors, I still have some cigars smoked to share...to include some CC's gifted to me by Hotreds.

Headed to Winterhaven shortly for the rest of the weekend, but I promise to update soon with some pictures.

Saw your love for the Tampa Sweetheart Maduros, decided to try them. Man, they are good.

Re: Job Site Sticks.

I'm a new member, i typed in esg's in the search and this thread came up. Sat here and read through all of it, love it, great stuff, keep it up. I agree with a lot of your post's about description of all the cigars you smoke, i'm in maui so hard to find good retailer's. Tampa sweethearts is probably one of the best shops in the country. I love opus X, anejo's, and Vsg's. Anejo's box pressed sharks is my favorite cigar hard to get. Just picked up about 40 opus at retail, it was a great score. Reason i'm writing this is to ask you Michael which ESG you like the best before i start buying them online. The 20year salute, 21 year salute, 22year salute, or the 23 year salute. I would love to hear your opinion.
