The down is about half of what it usually is, but it's the weekend. The up doesn't get a whole lot better, maybe 1.2-1.6.
It makes it tough to take over the world, but you gotta work with what you got.

Have a firewall up and not the fastest speed the cable company offers. We are on a budget and don't need to break any speed records.
