I do believe so it is also waterproof and floats. However, the cutter probably would not be allowed... I don't know. I don't fly often enough to be up on all the rules.

Not the specific one you have there, but I have smoked a Hoyo De Monterrey Excalibur #2 and it was quite good. It was creamy for the most part, but still a a tasty smoke.

Same here. Never smoked the tubo pictured but the Excalibers are pretty good IMHO.
