My stove caught had an electrical fire so the neighbors graciously invited me over for home made soft tacos.

Are you making it in the crock pot? Try using 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and the onions. About 3/4 of a can of water. Throw in some onion soup mix. Makes a very nice gravy with it.

Had a couple awesome helpings of pasta with home made sauce and meatballs at the in-laws. Thank God my wife paid attention in the kitchen when she grew up around her 100% Italian mother, father and grand parents.

Pork loin cooked with green beans and tomatoes, with pink rice (wife didn't wash the pot well after cooking cranberry relish).

3 pound lobster, 2 pounds of steamers, case of beer, bottle of champagne and two slices of birthday cake. Oink. Birthdays only come once a year.

Roasting some Moroccan lamb sausage, made with figs, balsamic and ras el hanout. Will be topped with melted Brie, served on a toasted multigrain bun.. Couldn't find Taleggio local, otherwise that'd be the cheese of choice.

1" thick Berkshire pork chop, with some bourbon and rosemary sauted apples. Very good pairing.
