Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's already "Hump Day". As I stated yesterday, I hope the Yankees have a better game tonight than their opening game on Monday. Either way, it's going to be a long season for the Bombers as they have a lot of starters hurt and the pitching can use some help as well. Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Thursday which means we'll be at Hudson Valley Cigars / Schlesinger's Cigar Bar this evening. I see that The Yankees came up short again loosing 7 - 4 to the Sox. Lets hope they bounce back soon and get that first "W" of the season soon. Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's finally Friday! It was good to see the Yankees bounce back and get their first win of the season. This weekend the Bombers are taking on the Tigers which should be another good match up series. The NASCAR racers are in Martinsville, VA this weekend which is the shortest track of them all, reminds me of a big paper clip. Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on as always. Well, the Yankees / Indians game got rained out last night in Cleveland as it also rained like heck here in NY. Hopefully they can get tonight's game in and continue the winning streak they are currently having. Today being Thursday, we'll be hanging out at Hudson Valley Cigars / Schlesinger's Cigar Bar this evening enjoying primo stogies and catching up on the world's news. Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's finally Friday. We had a good time last night at Schlesinger's with a number of the regulars out. The Yankees were rained delayed again yesterday and they'll be home tonight taking on the Orioles. The NASCAR racers are in Texas tonight and tomorrow night as well and the truck racers are on Sunday live from Rockingham, NC. Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's looking like it'll be a nice sunny Saturday. Congrats to the Yankees for winning last night 5 - 2 and for pulling off a triple play which I haven't seen in a very long time. They'll be playing again today with a 1605 (4:05pm) first pitch and hopefully another "W" is gained. Also tonight, the NASCAR Sprint Cup race is on FOX which is always an exciting race from Texas Motor Speedway. The Yankees came up short yesterday against the Orioles and will play the rubber game of the match this evening at 2005 (8:05pm). Congrats to Kyle Busch for winning last night's NASCAR race and sweeping the weekend in Texas. The NASCAR truck race is on this afternoon from Rockingham, NC which is always a bang up race. They'll be taking on the Blue Jays this weekend in Toronto as long as the weather cooperates. Waking up to 3" of cold wet snow, luckily most of it is sticking to the grassy areas. Roads are going to be a bit icy better get my sandbags out of the garage and back in the bed of the truck, stupid me thought winter was over and took them out last week.

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Cinco de Mayo. It was nice to see the Yankees win yesterday and hopefully they can take 2 out of 3 from the Athletics with another win today. The NASCAR race is on today from Talladega, AL as long as the weather cooperates. Yesterday's race was rained delayed for 3 1/2 hours and it was shortened to make sure that it would finish before the night fell. Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Friday again, T.G.I.F! We had a good time last night as my friend Joe Colombo and I drove down to Ruben's Smoke Stack in Hackensack, NJ and spent the evening with Jose Blanco from JDN along with Kevin McCormick from DE, the host Abreu Ruben, Antonio Liam and a house full of S/BOTL. Tonight I'm heading down to NYC to attend the Guayabera and Cigars event at Papa Juan Cigars with Berta Bravo as the special guest and then hopefully head over to Cigar Inn as well and see our buddy Eddie Ortega as he is releasing the Dandy McCoy. I see that the Yankees won last night and now the Bombers are in a 3 way tie for 1st place. The NASCAR racers are in Darlington, SC this weekend trying to tame the "Lady in Black". I hope everyone has a relaxing weekend and enjoys it as well....... :D

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's back to work Monday as this was a great weekend. Started off by seeing our friends at Papa Juan's Friday evening (Berta Bravo - Guayabera Lady and all) they all said to say hello to the S/BOTL. Then it was off to Cigar Inn which was off the wall, 300+ guests and it was a whose who. Saturday, I attended my God Daughter's and nephew's First Communion followed by a big family get together. Saturday evening followed with a number of us hitting the Newburgh Brewing Company for a few beers. Yesterday started off with cutting the grass, followed by relaxing afterwards with Beth and then kicking back last night watching what ever was on the TV. Congrats to the Yankees as they swept the Royals and a big congrats to Matt Kenseth for winning Saturday evening's NASCAR race. Anyway, I hope everyone has a great week and enjoys........ :tu

Also yesterday, the Yankees split a double header against the Indians which was a make up from a back to back rain out from back in April.
