While not the best, fish is advised to be eaten for the Omega 3 fatty acids in it - I am assuming, fish sticks also. :D

As another newby to this nut house I avoided every impluse to post until I saw the Confederate Flag redneck justification post. Im right with you druturn; all I can say is WTF?:confused: And the picture of the "chat room" with the fat guy sent coffee all over the keyboard. If only some arrogant people could understand what that flag once stood for. :bh I am from the South, Texas to be specific. There are plenty of places on the net for the OP to hang out, this just isn't one of them.

BTW Kreth, on that Philly blunt, which filler do you you use? I prefer to use shredded AF Chateau Fuentes to fill mine.

Don't go there...

It doesn't stand for racism and hatred like most people think. Just b/c the Klan uses it doesn't make it a symbol of hatred.
