Like others have said, I don't "put them out" but when they go out on their own, in most cases, yes, I re-light.

Sometimes I even let them sit out overnight, on my patio (I live in Florida, very humid) and re-light them as my morning smoke....and they (more often than not) taste just as good, if not better. (All depends on the stick, of course...;) )
