So I am told. Already hear the comments from other people. "oh, you live in hamilton?" in a smartass comment tone. :r I'm from KY so I dont really understand. But my g/f is from Andover, she gets the same thing if she ever says thats where she is from. I guess I'm just out of the loop.

Yeah, Ipswich is just right up the road. The country club is very nice looking. Doubt I could afford that membership :r

And unlike Truk, chilling will exactly be what you're doing in MA this winter. :r

Nice place, brother. Best of luck to both of you there. Here's hoping it will not be too great a "money trap". :tu

Conratulations, that is a beautiful house! I lived in a very similar Sears Kit House as one of my first. I cant tell if yours is a Craftsman or a Sears, but it was an excellent choice. You may have to insulate and heat that shed so you have a winter smoking lounge! :D

Love it. Timeless design. How old is it? Gorgeous wood floors. Are they the original floors.

I am in love with those early 30s - early 50s houses. My wife and I want something similar in the next 5 years if we ever get out of this place.

I really like it. I enjoy the floors a lot and the home seems to be well built. Really enjoy the few spots where the floors creak a bit too :r Gives it some character.
