CAO also had a Brazilia vs Italia set a few years ago. May have been offered around the last World Cup? I think it was called "The Artistry of Champions".

One of these days I really ought to light it up and see how it smokes. Since the foot of the cigar is the bottom (narrow end) of the bat handle, it should be rather interesting with the higher wrapper to filler ratio.
