Smoked in a blizzard last year, temp was 28F. Today was 25 so I smoked in the basement.

Its never to cold for me to step outside (-20 to +35 degrees year round at work for me), Wind is my only factor.

I am sure people will have their opinion. When I am at home on the Gulf Coast 50 degrees unless I have a good fire going. The cold there gets to your bones and there is no way to get warm. Two nights ago had one on the balcony at 23 degrees and a light snowfall and no heater.

Humidity , wind , and all that other weather stuff play a big factor to me.

I have to duck my head a little but with a heater and a 32" TV with cable, it works for me. I hate the cold. I go down there when it gets below 60F or above 80F(stays much cooler in the summer.) I call it The Dungeon.

I can tell you live in Florida. I need a 30, 20, and 10 option to even begin to think about the question. If it is below 20 I'm smoking something short.

Maybe the garage door stays closed?
Ken, get that lounge built!!!

The lounge will have to wait and won't be done till next winter but for now this has to do:

Definately helps when it's really cold out! Woudn't say it is always comfy and cozy but it certainly makes it a bit more tolerable!

For me, what's too cold is when you show up at a nice restaurant planning to meet your new squeeze only to find out that she dumped you when you discover that she ordered takeout in your name -- for one.

That's too cold.

It was dubbed whilst drunk, and the name stuck)

:tpd:

Two nights ago it was humid and about 40 degrees, windy and too cold to smoke. However last night it was clear, calm and 25 degrees and I got out on the deck and smoked and was fairly comfortable until near the end and then I kicked on my propane heater.
