L.S. Rose***** Hill is at about 4end of Mile 5 but you know it really starts about mile at end of 4 goes through the STUPID park ( tell me again why we do this?) :sh

Anyway on my Run, the heat and I am hoping Sunday's Vb took some wind out of my sails on that run. kid why don't you take your 5.5 tempo run blw me :gary

Look I have NEVER lost my speed or my hops.. someday you will :r

TRIED to run miles 6-2-3-4-5-of the course Monday
IT SUCKS

ended up running 30 minutes then walking the rest. Almost cut it short and went home but heard Jose shouting Damn it Maverick ENGAGE ! so I ran/walked it..

yesterday
Ran for 1 hour before walking/running the last mile up hill.... ;s

IT STILL SUCKS

So I am still going to try and break the hour mark....but my legs are sore...:sh

Ran hills today at work they suck. Squats yesterday increase my little baby weight and yes it SUCKS

tried note the word TRIED to run the course yesterday. the same damn run as I have been doing for a few weeks now. Had to walk/run after 32 minutes......:sl
