But why hire a lawyer? To me, hiring a lawyer (especially one like Allred) means, "I'm threatening to sue." But sue for what? Butthurt?
I'm not a lawyer by far and didn't bother watching the video.
Each time this is brought up again, it makes the mending process more difficult. My guess is that she hopes that by keeping this in the press, she will eventually get Tiger to pay her to shut up and stay out of it.

If ya think about it for awhile, it's pretty much exactly what you'd expect her to do. It's a shame, but hopefully it'll steel Elin's resolve and make things as tough as possible on Tiger so he'll straighten his act up and take care of his family. :tu

She has apparently released the "Tiger Sexts"

Some are mundane, some are obscene. The ones at the end seem to show that he was really mad at her about something.
