As for liquor, I have half empty bottles of Havana Club 7 Cuban rum and Glenlivet 12 Year Old scotch hanging around at the moment...

Timber Beast Rye IPA, from one of my local breweries. It's pretty tasty and comes in at 9% ABV. It goes good with spicy food, which is why I'm having it with some spicy pork carnitas.
