I've just been playing mercenary death match. I'll play just about anything though. I used to enjoy hardcore on one of the COD's but haven't tried it on MW2. I'll add you later on tonight probably.

I think it looks like we can go ahead with the INM8 clan tag for whoever wants to use it.

I'll add it as well when I get home. I personally play just about everything and really have no preference. HQ, CTF, SnD, HCDM is all good by me.

I play with the tag (cgar).
the team stuff sucks for me to play because I am color blind, to an extent, and the fractions of a second it takes to IFF makes me SUCK. it would be nice to have a black/white patch for ID.
That is why I mainly play Free-for-All. If it moves.. it dies.

True...Domination is fun...I like anything Hardcore mode.

I haven't played hardcore on MW2 yet. I wouldn't mind though. The only problem I find with it is all of the creeping around. That one guy camping tends to ruin it for me sometimes. If everyone camped then no one could get shot.

I am a 'camper', but then again I am usually near the top of the board. In my opinion, the game is more fun when you aren't dying. Its a strategy game, similar to real war, the object is to not get shot. So running around and getting shot in the face is easy. If you want me to go 20 Kills and 25 deaths everytime I can do that, no problem. :2:tu

I here ya and I realize this. Like I said though, if no one moves then no one wins.:td Real wars can last weeks or even years. A COD match is only up to like 20 minutes.

Camping sucks, but it's been part of COD for as long as I can remember. I remember complaining about it when I played the first COD on my pc way back when. Personally I don't like it, as you say it makes games boring when everyone is just sitting around waiting for someone on the other team to lose patience. Thankfully though, MW2 gave us a new re tardily stupid weapon for us camper haters. The riot shield is an absolute blast when playing hard core mode. As long as the lag isn't too bad, that one bash kill can be quite fun. I've gotten my fair share of hate mail on live for using it :r:tu

Good to know. I've loved the riot shield just for sh1ts and giggles! It may come in handy in HC now.

I love using the riot shield. Campers hate it.

I tend to either snipe or creep. I don't run and gun. Why? Because my old man reflexes just can't do it anymore. If I could sprint around and still have a K/D over 1 then I would be all over it.

Creeping is fine, it's still movement. Sniping is fine in regular modes when there are one or two snipers on a team. But when it's one shot to kill and everyone is sitting in a corner it gets rather tedious.

Are we gonna play soon by the way? I can play any time between tonight and saturday. No Sundays for me though. I promised those to my daughter.;)
