Legs today, felt good. First time squatting over 255 in a few weeks. Boy did that feel heavy. I just wanted to take to deload from heavy 4x3 or 3x3 work for a month or so. Squats 6x Hack squats 7x Lying leg curls 6x Seated single extensions 6x Box single step ups 3x |

ICT last night. Talked to my trainer about what we can do to break me past this plateau I'm stuck at on chest.
Did a bunch of barbell presses, regular, bands, 4 count negatives. Hopefully it's the thing I need to get me over the hump. Dips, 4 count negatives TRX Work, combining press with shoulder work to help stabilize those. Ez bar skull crushers dumbbell skull crushers Went to go do cardio on the treadmill. Got maybe 6-7 minutes in my run and felt something pop on the outside of my left foot. Ran a few minutes more and called it quits. Not what I needed when I'm supposed to run a 5k tomorrow. It'll be a game time decision if I even walk it. |

Squats Leg press Seated hamstring curls Hip adductors Calf raises Ab work Suppose to work with my trainer but he had to bail. Decided to switch it up and go heavier, but less reps. Found a slightly wider stance on my squats makes a world of difference. |
