I'm trying. Having to balance expectations with the realizations of a 50 y/o body. But in 11 months, i've been able to add 20lbs of muscle.

Flat bench Dips Chest flys Overhead tri extensions Tri pushdowns front raises side raises rear delt flys Face pulls (for good measure) Some cardio too. |
