ZZ Topped it this morning. Hit up the legs, plus a bit of abs.
Leg press. Had to cut it short due to knee pain. Might have to invest in a compression sleeve for it. Leg extensions Hamstring curls Hip adductor Hip abductors Calf raises Ab wheel |

Chest day. Took Christos' lead and did extra sets/reps for the Admiral.
Incline barbell press Icarian press Dips Plate press Low chest flys Funny how I struggle with the first rep on any chest set, but once I've done the concentric the rest of the set is no issue. |

Passed on the gym Sunday, to play golf. Been about 2 years since I have played. Was able to get 13K plus steps in. Gym after work tonight, cardio and chest.

Chin ups. One arm rows Straight arm lat pulldowns Combo row/planks. Fun balancing the off hand on a round dumbbell. Overhead tri extensions Tri pushdowns until failure. |
