Had a Southern Tier Cuvee 3 last night. That is a damn smooth beer for 10% alcohol.

I'm jealous of all you guys who managed to get some Hopslam this year :sad--enjoy!

Last night I relied on an old stand-by (that I can get plenty of!)

Followed it up with one of my own CohiBrew's. It was a good beer night. :tu

Stone started brewing this a few years ago, but it's my first. Their standard IPA recipe, fermented with a Belgian Ale yeast. Strong hop aroma and flavor, with good malt and that interesting Belgian fruitiness. Belgique = unique

Unique is a good way of putting it. I liked it, but not near enough to choose it over most of what I usually drink.

I had a Goose Island Matilda earlier today, my first. It was very good. Now I'm drinking a homebrew nut brown ale.
