Evan Williams and iced tea with lemon. Aside from an occasional whiskey sour when out to eat this is the only time I drink whiskey mixed with anything.

Halfway through my Tyrconnell Single Malt Irish Whisky finished in Port Casks. Went to the boutique liquor store to dabble into the world of single Malt Scotch something I've never had a taste for but as I'm getting older I'm trying new things walked out with this, all I can say is.... WOW!!! I could drink this whole thing in one sitting!! Simply Delicious!!!!!

Tyrconnell was excellent!, tried the Connemara like you suggested saw they had it at the bar I was at, got it on the rocks- also awesome, that's actually what I was going out to buy but since I still had some Tyrconnell I went with Scotch, this single malt Scotch/Irish is becoming an expensive habit, a buddy of mine gave me a bottle of Angels Envy Bourbon that I've been hitting up a lot lately which is also very good but not as good as the above mentioned, I really have to be in the mood for Bourbon!

Quinta Ruban is damned tasty! I have a hard time finding it around here, unfortunately. Time to make a road trip for fine whiskey... :D
