Back to the gym tonight. Gotta work off all those banh mi and pandan waffles over the weekend. Also doesn't help that all the ladies next door are "mom's" so much home made goodies for Easter didn't help.

I used to train on an empty stomach (I train first thing in the day), but never any true type of fasting, Bob. Maybe Huy has some experience with it?

Leg press x 6 sets Hammie curls x 3 sets Olympic bar curls x 6 sets Cambered bar curls x 3 sets Skullcrushers x 6 sets Tricep extensions x 3 sets Skipped shoulders, I had already done a boatload of heavy sets by the time I finished biceps, and since I'm training chest again Monday, I figured I'd give 'em a break. |
